After weeks of build-up and anticipation, EA Sports will finally be releasing the TOTS promo in EA FC 25 Ultimate Team this week, with the EA FC 25 Ligue 1 TOTS squad entering packs alongside the Arkema Premier League and Eredivisie TOTS squads. EA confirmed the TOTS release schedule earlier this month, with the TOTS Live squad being scrapped after making its debut in EA FC 24, meaning that the EA FC 25 Ligue 1 TOTS squad will take its place as the first TOTS squad of the promo.
A TOTS Warmup Series has been live in Ultimate Team for the past week to prepare players for TOTS, and the EA FC 25 Ligue 1 TOTS should be dominated by fantastic-looking Paris Saint-Germain players when released, just as we guessed in our Ligue 1 TOTS predictions.
Here’s everything there is to know about the EA FC 25 Ligue 1 TOTS squad.
Confirmed by EA, the EA FC 25 Ligue 1 TOTS release date will be 10am PDT / 1pm EDT/ 6pm BST on Friday, April 25, with the full Ligue 1 TOTS squad entering Ultimate Team packs. An Arkema Premier League TOTS squad and Eredivisie TOTS squad will also be released at the same time, meaning there should be a minimum of 42 TOTS items in packs at once.
EA has also updated the FUT Champs rewards to feature these TOTS items, and the FUT Champs rewards should update with new TOTS items at 10am PDT / 1pm EDT/ 6pm BST on Friday, May 2, when the Ligue 1 TOTS squad is replaced in packs by the Premier League TOTS.
No players have been leaked just yet, but leaker @AsyFutTrader has revealed that some TOTS items in EA FC 25 will feature four PlayStyle Plus’. Yes, you read that right. Four. Only the best players in each TOTS squad will likely be given four PlayStyle Plus’ rather than all of them, but this makes these TOTS items even more appealing.
These are our predictions for who could feature in the EA FC 25 Ligue 1 TOTS squad. If EA follows the same release pattern as EA FC 24, the squad should consist of 20 players in total – 15 TOTS items and five TOTS Moments items. These are just predictions, as are the player ratings.
Based on how big EA has gone content-wise in EA FC 25, expect to see some of the best in-game content we’ve ever seen. If you’re a menu grinder, you’re in luck as we expect an incredible amount of SBCs to be released, from TOTS player SBCs to huge upgrade packs.
A host of Objectives should go live with TOTS-themed rewards, while huge Evolutions should be available. Who knows, with TOTS items being given four PlayStyle Plus’, we may see an Evolution released where you can give any player four PlayStyle Plus’ as well!
