“RCMP Assistant Commissioner Teboul Faces Assault Charges”

-

RCMP’s assistant commissioner, David Teboul, is facing three assault charges, as confirmed by the B.C Prosecution Service. The alleged incidents took place on July 2 while Teboul, serving as the Federal Policing Regional Commander for the Pacific Region, was off duty in Abbotsford, B.C.

A special prosecutor has been appointed by the prosecution service to oversee the case, which has been investigated by the Abbotsford Police Department. Teboul has been a member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police since 1997 and has held his current position since 2024, as stated on the RCMP website.

Further updates on this matter are expected in due course.
