A woman has confessed to the killing of 10 dogs by using a poison she was experimenting with, following allegations of murdering an elderly man with a toxic bean stew.
Authorities have labeled Ana Paula Veloso as a “psychopath” and a “serial killer” after being accused of poisoning pensioner Neil Correa da Silva in Baixada Fluminense, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, through a toxic bean stew.
