Apple Fitness+ has introduced new features and content to help users achieve their fitness goals for the new year. The subscription service, launched in 2020, now offers multi-week programs such as Strength, HIIT, and Yoga classes that progressively enhance fitness levels over time.
One of the highlights of the update is the introduction of programs like “Back-to-Back Strength and HIIT” and “Build a Yoga Habit in 4 Weeks,” aimed at motivating users to stay active. Additionally, a program called “Make your Fitness Comeback” combines Strength, HIIT, and Yoga workouts, with three sessions per week, each lasting 10 minutes, to assist users in getting back into shape gradually.
In addition to these programs, Apple Fitness+ is introducing new episodes of Time to Walk, featuring celebrities like Mel B, Penn Badgley, and Michelle Monaghan. The Artist Spotlight series, featuring workout playlists dedicated to specific artists, will showcase music from renowned artists like KAROL G. Furthermore, guest workouts from fitness creator Allie Bennett and dancers Luke and Paul Harwerth will be available for users to try.
Users can access all this content on various devices, including iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV, with the option to enhance the experience using Apple Watch or AirPods Pro to monitor heart rate and calories burned. Apple Fitness+ is priced at £9.99 per month or £79.99 per year.
