Netflix’s Love on the Spectrum stars Pari Kim and Tina Zhu Xi Caruso’s blossoming relationship is still going strong after season three.
The series, which gives insight into how individuals on the autism spectrum seek romance, saw Pari connect with her now-girlfriend, Tina. Ever since their date in Season 3, which premiered on the streaming platform on April 2, 2025, the pair has become a beloved duo among fans.
Pari opened up to The Advocate about their journey together. “It’s going really well with us. I just love her so much,” she gushed to the publication.
“She is really the Amtrak to my commuter. She’s just perfect for me. I love how we both get so excited together. She’s just the sweetest and I can always count on her. She also holds me accountable for things, keeps me on track. No pun intended,” Pari added.
The couple is on the fast track to a shared future, which includes a nod to Pari’s passion for trains: “We talked about someday getting married and having a train-themed wedding. Maybe like, rent out a private Amtrak charter train. A nice vintage steam engine would be really cool, but yeah, it’s gotta have trains in it,” reports the Mirror US.
Pari went on to gush about her “awesome” experience on the reality show and the progress with Tina, expressing her eagerness to return for a fourth season and her aspirations to feature in more movies or TV shows.
She said: “I almost teared up at the ending when they show who’s still together and that the Railfans got another member.
“I wish there was more. I want another season because I just feel like there’s more to a story and I want to continue just telling it. And [Tina] has so many things I know she wants to tell, too. I really want to get to share more of my journey with everyone.”
As the leader of the “Railfan,” a group fascinated by trains and rail transport, Pari shared her dream job aspirations, which include working as a social media influencer or partner for a railroad company.
Elsewhere in the interview, the Netflix star asserted that being autistic or LGBTQ+, or even both, is absolutely fine. She stressed the prevalence and normality of such identities by stating, “there’s a lot more of us out there than you think, and it’s just part of who we are.”
Pari continued to dismantle critics, saying: “There’s people saying, like, ‘You’re confused’ or ‘Your sister’s a bad influence.’ No, this is just who we are and we don’t have to change ourselves.”
The 23-year-old continued, encouraging others to rise above negativity: “Just ignore the haters and bullies because they just want to get a rise out of you. There’s always going to be way more people who love and support you than ones who want to bring you down.”
Love on the Spectrum is streaming now on Netflix.
