Netanyahu to Condemn Nations Recognizing Palestine

-

Benjamin Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of Israel, has vowed to denounce leaders of nations that have officially recognized the statehood of Palestine in his upcoming speech at the United Nations. This statement was made before his departure to the United States for the UN General Assembly in New York. Notably, the UK, France, and Canada are among the countries that recently acknowledged Palestine as a state.

Meanwhile, Keir Starmer expressed support for the recognition of Palestine, emphasizing the potential for a brighter future for both Palestinian and Israeli citizens. Netanyahu, on the other hand, criticized the situation in Gaza, labeling the conditions as intolerable and highlighting his stance against granting statehood to those he described as criminals.

During his visit, Netanyahu is scheduled to meet with President Donald Trump to discuss various topics, including the achievements of Israel and the ongoing efforts to establish peace. This meeting follows the recent declarations by countries like France, Andorra, Belgium, and others in support of a two-state solution by recognizing Palestine.

Recent violence in Gaza resulted in the deaths of at least 17 individuals, including children, in Israeli attacks. Tragic incidents occurred in different locations, leading to casualties and injuries, further escalating tensions in the region. The conflict in Gaza, which began two years ago, has claimed the lives of over 65,000 Palestinians, underscoring the persistent challenges and human costs of the ongoing unrest.
