Prince Andrew’s ex-girlfriend has unleashed a scathing attack against his sex abuse accuser, Virgina Giuffre. On Sunday, Ms Giuffre who was sex trafficked by convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein and claims to have been sexually abused as a teen by the Duke of York when she was 17, said she had been involved in a serious car collision.
Ms Giuffre, now 41, said she had “days to live” after the collision which left her suffering kidney failure after a school bus drove into her car at speed. She said that she was due to move to a specialist hospital to receive round the clock care for her injuries. Taking to Instagram, she told her followers she was “ready to go,” as she took a selfie from her hospital bed.
In her snap, Virginia showed her extensive bruising and said she had been “begging” to see her three children “one last time” before her death. She said: “They’ve given me four days to live, transferring me to a specialist hospital in urology. This year has been the worst start to a new year, but I won’t bore anyone with the details.
“But I think it’s important to note that when a school bus driver comes at you driving 110kmh as we were slowing down for a turn, that no matter what your car is made of, it might as well be a tin can.”
Now, Andrew’s ex, Lady Victoria Hervey has brutally hit out at Virgina’s update. Taking to Instagram, the socialite who briefly dated the Duke in 1999 said: “If Virginia Giuffre really does have days to live, then a complete confession is needed. I don’t believe it though, the FBI are on her right now and arrest warrants are coming. She’s conveniently dying to evade jail.
“I think it’s time that Robert Giuffre, who has custody of their teenage children, speaks.” She also reshared Virginia’s post alongside the caption: “Karma.”
Virgina has recently split from her Australian husband, Robert, after 22 years of marriage and claims she is also estranged from their teenage children.” But in a fresh update, local police have said they were informed of a “minor crash.”
The Western Australia Police Force told the Mirror: “The Western Australia Police Force received a report of a minor crash which occurred between a bus and a car in Neergabby on 24 March just after 3pm. The collision was reported by the bus driver the following day. The car sustained approximately $2000 (£967) worth of damage. There were no reported injuries as a result of the crash.”
Meanwhile, Brad Edwards who represented Virgina in previous legal cases stated she was in a “very bad situation.” He added that both he and Ms Giuffre had been “hoping for better news in the coming days” and that he hoped she would pull through with good medical care.
Her father, Sky Roberts, also hoped she pull through, posting a reply under the Instagram post which read: “Virginia, my daughter, I love you and praying you get the correct treatment to live a long and healthy life. If there is anything in the world I can do to help you, please let me know. My spirit is with you now and holding your hand.”
Virgina previously claimed to have been trafficked by Epstein for Prince Andrew. The King’s brother has strongly denied all allegations and reached an out-of-court settlement in 2022. This was not an admission of liability.
