Samsung is set to unveil its latest portable projector, the Freestyle+, at CES in Las Vegas. This compact device is an upgrade from the previous Freestyle model, boasting enhanced AI features, brighter visuals, and expanded entertainment choices.
The standout feature of the Freestyle+ is its user-friendly setup process. By simply turning it on, the projector automatically adjusts its picture using Samsung’s AI OptiScreen technology, eliminating the need for manual adjustments. This makes it effortless to start streaming content from platforms like Netflix and Disney+ on any wall.
AI OptiScreen introduces several innovative functions to improve image quality in various environments. These include 3D Auto Keystone for correcting image distortion on uneven surfaces, Real-time Focus to maintain sharpness while moving the projector, Screen Fit for automatic image sizing, and Wall Calibration for optimizing image clarity based on the projection surface.
With its easy portability, built-in speaker, Wi-Fi connectivity, and support for popular streaming apps, the Freestyle+ aims to offer a seamless viewing experience. Samsung’s Hun Lee highlighted that the Freestyle+ aligns with the brand’s commitment to adaptable display solutions that cater to modern lifestyles.
While pricing details are yet to be confirmed, the Freestyle+ is anticipated to hit stores early in 2026, providing users with a convenient and high-quality entertainment solution on the go.
