Chilling video recordings have captured the disturbing moment when three women were enticed into a sinister location known as a “horror house,” where they faced rape, torture, and ultimately met a tragic end during a live broadcast.
The bodies of Lara Gutierrez, 15, Brenda del Castillo, 20, and Morena Verdi, 21, were found five days after they disappeared last Friday, marking a grim discovery following their voluntary departure together around 9:30 pm. Reports indicate that the women believed they were attending an event but were deceived.
Referred to as a purported sex gathering, the women were offered £220 ($300) as payment, according to local media accounts. Shocking CCTV footage captures the trio waiting on a street corner before entering a white vehicle.
Unaware of the impending dreadful fate awaiting them, one woman in white attire approached the car, peered into the back window, and entered. Subsequently, the other two women boarded the vehicle separately.
Javier Alonso, the security minister of Buenos Aires, disclosed that the women willingly entered the vehicle under the false pretense of attending an event, unknowingly falling into a trap orchestrated by an international drug trafficking syndicate plotting their demise.
Alonso revealed that the victims’ families were notified, and the bodies were unearthed in a garden during the early morning hours. The criminal group behind the heinous act, with its base in Buenos Aires, selected the house as the location for the executions.
Four individuals have been apprehended thus far, and the burnt-out vehicle used to transport the women was discovered 100 meters from the crime scene. Investigations point to the belief that the victims were murdered between 11 pm and midnight on Friday, with progress made in identifying the masterminds behind the cruel act.
Authorities suspect that the three women were lured to a “horror house” in the vicinity of Buenos Aires, Argentina, a considerable distance from their residences. Local reports suggest that accusations of drug theft were leveled against one or two of the victims by a narcotics group.
Subsequently, the women were subjected to brutal torture and murder in what is being labeled as a retaliatory act, allegedly commanded by the gang leader. The crime leader, identified as a Peruvian citizen who purportedly fled the country, reportedly ordered the ruthless killings as a warning to others.
The youngest victim, Lara Gutierrez, had her left hand’s entire fingers severed before her demise. Brenda Del Castillo was discovered with a fractured skull and abdomen wounds postmortem. Morena Verdi reportedly met her end through suffocation when a perpetrator placed a plastic bag over her head. Shockingly, around 45 individuals witnessed the horrific events unfold on Instagram.
Alonso confirmed that the distressing scenes were recorded and streamed online to a restricted group of approximately 45 people. He underscored the link between the murders and drug theft, emphasizing the gang leader’s message to potential offenders.
“This is the most abominable and horrifying case we have encountered,” lamented a prosecutor from Buenos Aires.
Law enforcement announced four arrests, with additional suspects detained overnight. The property in Florencia Varela, where the atrocities took place, was raided by the police. Two women were caught cleaning the premises during the police operation. Among those arrested were three Argentinians aged 18, 19, and 28, along with a 27-year-old Peruvian.
Contrary to initial reports suggesting that the gruesome events were live-streamed on TikTok, subsequent investigations identified Instagram as the platform used for the broadcast. Various reputable Argentinian publications also pointed to Instagram, not TikTok, as the social media platform through which the barbaric acts were shared.
