Famous musician Todd Snider was captured on police body cam footage pleading with officers during his arrest to be allowed back into a hospital shortly before his death. The footage shows Snider being handcuffed and placed in the back of a police car as he expressed his need for legal representation and emphasized his innocence, stating, “I have a band, I’m famous – the band ditched me. I need my lawyer here. I’m not a bad person, I promise.”

The unexpected passing of the 59-year-old star was announced recently. Snider, who had to cancel tour dates for his High, Lonesome and Then Some tour due to sustaining serious injuries from a reported “violent assault” outside his hotel, had encountered challenges in the days leading to his death.
