“Miss Panama Mistakenly Thinks She’s in Finals”

-

During a beauty pageant event, a contestant from Panama, Isamar Herrera, mistakenly believed she had made it to the finals of the Miss Grand International 2025 contest in Thailand. She confidently walked to the front of the stage, thinking she was among the final 22 participants. However, it turned out that she had misunderstood the announcer, who actually called out Cecilia Romero from Paraguay.

Isamar gracefully returned to her place after the mix-up, maintaining a positive attitude despite the situation. She later explained that she misheard her country’s name being called and acknowledged the live broadcast can be unpredictable.

Following the incident, Isamar received support from her followers on Instagram, with many expressing sympathy and encouragement. Ultimately, the Miss Grand International 2025 title was awarded to Emma Tiglao from the Philippines.

Known for her positive outlook and determination, Isamar was described as a dedicated Advertising and Marketing student with strong beliefs in faith, discipline, and love. She values her relationships with family and friends, embracing challenges with resilience and empathy. As an entrepreneur and singer, she exemplifies hard work and passion, aiming to inspire others through her journey.

Isamar views the beauty pageant crown not just as a symbol of beauty but as an opportunity to inspire others and demonstrate that success is attainable through dedication and respect. Her mission is to showcase that obstacles can be overcome through perseverance and by shining brightly without diminishing the light of others.
