According to a holiday survey by the Entertainment Software Association of Canada (ESAC), 16% of kids requested gaming handhelds such as the ROG Ally and Steam Deck for Christmas, while 46% asked for a home console like the Nintendo Switch 2.
ESAC President Paul Fogolin noted the growing interest in handheld devices, particularly the Steam Deck, indicating a rising trend in PC gaming. Each handheld device offers unique features, catering to different gaming preferences for on-the-go play.
